Brett King (born April 24, 1968) is the Bestselling
Author of the groundbreaking book Bank 2.0 and strategic advisor to the
global financial services sector. He is an International Judge for the
Asian Banker Retail Excellence Awards and for the Middle- East Business
Achievement Awards.
King is the founder of the International Academy of Financial Management
and he also runs User Strategy, a boutique consultancy focused on
improving customer interaction for leading financial services companies
and businesses. King previously led the Asia pision of ModemPublicis
and the E-Business service line for Deloitte. His clients include HSBC,
Citigroup, UBS, Standard Chartered, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank,
EmiratesNBD, RBS, CSFB, BNP Paribas, NAB, ANZ and many more.
King was awarded an honorary Chair professorship with the China
Management Institute in 2002 for his contribution to the China education
community and has lectured on MBA and graduate programs such as the
Australian Graduate School of Management’s MBA series and as faculty at
City University. He maintains residences in Dubai, Hong Kong and
Melbourne.
